How do I change my username?
Go to Dashboard → Appearance → Profile Information. Note that changing your username will change your profile URL.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Click on "Upgrade to Pro" in your dashboard sidebar or visit the /upgrade page. We accept all major payment methods.
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domains are available on the Yearly Pro plan. Contact support after upgrading to set this up.
How do I delete my account?
Please contact us at support@knoinn.online to request account deletion. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
